Since 2002 Yves Francois Rocambu Jazz has been entertaining audiences with its intoxicating mix of jazz horns and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Rocambu Jazz is a collaboration of global artists from diverse backgrounds, and their sound is a marriage of world beat rhythms with swinging jazz horns reminiscent of a time when such a sound was prevalent in Paris, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. Their recently-released CD ¡Viva Rocambu! represents how the world meets in Chicago. This event was originally scheduled on July 30th.
